We have confidence that you will be 100% satisfied with our products. Your access to, and use of, Beyours Collections is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using Beyours Collections you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
PRICING
Customer shall pay for the products ordered at the price displayed at the time the order is submitted. No adjustments are made if the price of any product ordered increases or decreases between the time the order is submitted and the time when that product is delivered. That means all products are fix price.
DISCRETION TO ACCEPT ORDERS
Beyours Collections has the absolute discretion as to whether an order placed on its website is accepted and fulfilled. We may cancel an order for any reason whatsoever.
PURCHASE & CANCELLATION
All orders are automatically deleted if payment is not received after 24 hour. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice if the product ordered is no longer available in stock or defected.
Thus, Customers have the responsibility to check their order status from time to time before the orders completed shipped. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Every effort will be made to fulfil orders placed with Beyours Collections, but no member shall be liable to any person if Beyours Collections is unable to or declines to supply a product for any reason whatsoever.
Beyours Collections reserves the right to limit quantities able to be ordered by, or delivered to, buyers. If an order is reduced in accordance with this clause, the price payable by the Customer for that order will be adjusted accordingly. Beyours Collections may delay dispatch of orders due to stock availability.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Yes, Beyours Collections provides return & exchange service, strictly no cash refund allow. All return & exchange must done within 3 working days upon item received. For more return & exchange infomartion can view from here.
DELIVERY
All Orders with ready stock items shall be shipped within 1-3 working days once payment received. Backorder will be mailed around the backorder’s ETA which are stated in product description.We are using J&T Express Malaysia for local shipping; it takes 1-3 working days to reach your address. Beyours Collections shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make the effort to display as accurately as possible by shooting in kind with ourselves modelling. There might have some differences in colours/brightness/others details due to studio lightings and monitor of your computer or phone devie screen monitor.
We try our best to do every product’s measurements as accurately as possible. Please allow 3-4cm / 1 inch difference from the stated measurement due to different measurer and batch production. Please take note that those colour-dye products might be not entirely same colour tones due to batch dyeing production which not counted as defect/damage.
BACKORDER
Backorders are sold out item that arranged for re-manufacture and allow you to secure your piece first during manufacturing process. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of each backorder item will be stated clearly in each individual backorder item. ETA is only an estimated date, the actual stock arrival date might earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delayed, longer manufacturing time and etc. Request to cancel order in such reason will be rejected.
Backorder might be cancelled due to lack of fabric, insufficient stock arrive. Full refund will be given in such cases. Backorder are produced in different batches, please kindly allow a discrepancy of 20% for each batch in terms of colour and measurement. No exchange & return is allowed in such circumstances.
For order consist of backorder items & ready stocks will be mailed together after all backorder item(s) arrived. If you want to mail out backorder items & ready stocks separatly, please place order separatly. Backorder will be updated in our Backorder Status page and each individual backorder product link. No notification email will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated. All backorder are strictly non cancelable/refundable once the order is being processed.
DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
These T&Cs relate to all Beyours Collections promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).
- Only one promotional code can be used per order.
- A promotional code can't be used after an order has been placed.
- Promotional codes may not be exchanged for cash.
- If you’ve been given a promotional discount code, then it can only be used by you on your own Beyours Collections account for the purpose for which it was issued.
- You shouldn’t pass your promotional code around your friends, or post it in a forum – you should keep it confidential and only use it for your own purchases through the Website.
- Look after your promotional code, because we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement and abuse of the code if it inadvertently gets lost and used by someone else will result in its cancellation.
- Minimum spend limits or product category exclusions may also apply. These limits and exclusions will be explained in the email in which the promotional code is attached. Use of the voucher constitutes an acceptance on your part of these or any other terms listed in the email.
- You may not use a promotional code to buy discounted products from Beyours Collections, and then sell them on for a higher price.
- If you do use your promotional code in any of the ways listed above or in a way that we consider abuses the spirit in which the promotional code was issued, then we can cancel or withdraw your promotional code at any time, and without letting you know beforehand.
NOTICE OF DEFECT/RETURN
Kindly clarify those which are not counted as defect/damage as below:
- Slightly off-line or crochet
- Washed (off, fade, shrink and other issues)
- Stain below 2cm
- Defects caused by vandalism
- Button hole or pocket hole did not open
Customer must make any claims of defects with attachment clear pictures to show, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 3 days after the receipt of ordered items. We cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. It is the responsibility of customer to inspect upon receipt that all products delivered matches its order.
A written authorization from the Beyours Collections must be obtained by the Customer for any returned products. All returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
